Although I have not shared this on my social media channels, I am actually a huge fan of essential oils. They are just so versatile and offer many amazing uses and benefits. I personally find them incredibly therapeutic, as different scents can affect your mood and give you a sense of well-being. Eucalyptus, Lemongrass, and Lavender are just some of my favorites. Juniper Berry is very refreshing and rejuvenating, reminding me of Christmas trees on a snowy winter day. Sleepy is blend of Lavender, Grapefruit, Ho Wood and Bergamot Essential Oils. It is just as incredibly therapeutic and relaxing as you’d expect. Copaiba is the most new and unique scent to me, smelling warm and vaguely of cinnamon. Last, but not least, Balsam Fir is very sharply a walk through a pine tree forest. If I had to choose, my favorite would have to be the Juniper Berry and Sleepy Oil. Both have completely opposite effects on my mind and mood, but smell amazing.

Every box includes 6 recipe cards, that also change every month!

The two recipes that stood out to me the most was the Sleepy Pillow Spray and the Lights Out Reed Diffuser, which I’m sharing here.

I am not an essential oils guru by any means, but I have a strong appreciation for them. I love the variety of oils and recipes provided that I would have never thought to try on my own.
