I’m From Honey Mask Korean Skincare Review

I am a huge fan of I’m From, a Korean Skincare brand that emphasizes ingredient transparency, honest materials, and no harmful additives. I’ve reviewed quite a few products from their line, which you can read all about here. Their Rice Toner (review here) in particular is a holy grail of mine, so I was eager to finally try one of Wishtrend‘s bestsellers and cult favorite: the I’m From Honey Mask, which I’ll be reviewing today!

The star active ingredient in this mask is the 38.7% Natural Honey Extract that originates from the Jiri Mountain region in Korea. I think it is so neat that it is clearly displayed on the packaging so you know the exact origins of the ingredients.

This wash-off mask comes in a standard glass jar with the minimalistic design being very much in line with their other aesthetically pleasing products.

According to the ingredients list, I don’t see that any fragrances were added. This just has a very naturally sweet, honey-like scent I find absolutely delicious enough to eat, though I refrained from doing so.

If you haven’t already, I highly recommend getting yourself a silicone brush (buy here) to apply your face masks. It allows for the most mess-free, even application and has changed the game for me. This Honey Mask has a jelly-like texture that spreads very quickly and easily over the skin. The best way I can describe its consistency is caramel pudding. While you will definitely know you have a mask on, it stays malleable unlike a clay or peel-off mask, which begins to harden and crack. It actually stays moist the entire time and feels so incredibly soothing and hydrating.

According to the directions, you can leave this on for 10 minutes, or even up to an hour. I have worn this anywhere between 30 minutes to one full hour and had zero issues. I can feel my skin just soaking up the moisture the entire time. Rinsing off the mask is also a breeze with some warm water. This leaves my skin feeling so plump and hydrated after a treatment.

If you have severely dry skin like myself or you’re just looking for an extra dose of moisture, I highly recommend giving this I’m From Honey Mask a try. It honestly blows all the other Honey Masks on the market out of the water. Whenever I integrate this treatment into my nighttime routine, I wake up in the morning with a noticeably more soft and hydrated complexion, plus overall glow. I’m proud to report this Honey Mask lives up to the hype! Buy here (Wishtrend). Buy here (Amazon).
