November Monthly Empties and Reviews: Makeup, Skincare, Bodycare

Hi dolls! Today, I’m sharing with you my Product Empties from the month of November, encompassing makeup, skincare, and bodycare. Each of these products will be accompanied by a mini review, and recommendation on whether or not I would repurchase.

November Monthly Empties and Reviews: Makeup, Skincare, Bodycare

MAKEUP

Catrice HD Liquid Coverage Foundation

Catrice HD Liquid Coverage Foundation:  I dedicated an entire blogpost review to this foundation, which you can read here. In short, it takes a lot for me to finish a complete bottle of foundation, so you know I love this stuff. My favorite way to wear this foundation is mixed with other complexion products. It seriously works so well with other BB Creams and foundations to add additional coverage and set to the most flawless, long-lasting finish. I cannot rave enough about this foundation! This shade here is Desert Beige, but I’ve already repurchased a bottle of Golden Beige as my paler winter shade. Buy here.

L'Oreal Voluminous Lash Paradise Waterproof Mascara

L’Oreal Voluminous Lash Paradise Waterproof Mascara: I have very short, stubbornly straight lashes and this waterproof formula locks in my curl all day, like no other. The mid-sized brush plumps up the lashes with length and volume, minus the clumps. This long wearing formula does not smudge or flake throughout the day, so the only caveat is that it can take a little elbow grease to remove at the end of the night. This is my third tube and I already have a backup ready to go. Buy here.

SKINCARE

Rovectin Skin Essentials Conditioning Cleanser

Rovectin Skin Essentials Conditioning Cleanser: I dedicated an entire blogpost review, with pictures of the product’s consistency, which you can read here. In short, this cleanser lathers up nicely with many small bubbles, though not as bubbly as say, a foam cleanser. I much prefer this gel formula as foam cleansers tend to zap my skin of moisture. This feels ultra gentle and rinses clean without ever leaving my skin feeling uncomfortably tight or dry. I highly recommend it for all skin types. Buy here.

Purito Centella Green Level Calming Toner

Purito Centella Green Level Calming Toner This gentle toner has a very light, pleasant herbal scent that I quite enjoy. The consistency is slightly more viscous than water, but not as thick as say, the Cosrx Snail Mucin Essence. I find it instantly soothes and cools my skin leaving it feeling hydrated and balanced. As a bonus, I love the plastic forest green bottle, which is chic in its simplicity, but also travel friendly. Buy here.

Purito Sea Buckthorn Vital 70 Cream

Purito Sea Buckthorn Vital 70 Cream I loved everything about this facial moisturizer from the convenient, simplistic squeeze tube packaging to the lightweight gel cream formula. When used in conjunction with my Vitamin C serum, there is a notable brightening in my overall skin tone and complexion. As a bonus, this has a delicious citrus scent from the Orange Peel Oil, which perks up my mood every time I reach for this. The essential oils don’t aggravate my skin, personally. However, I have purchased another tube, and the renewed version has removed essential oils to suit more sensitive skin types. Buy here.Purito Sea Buckthorn Vital 70 Cream

BODYCARE

Bath and Body Works Aromatherapy Body Lotion in Happiness:  This is my absolute favorite scent from Bath and Body Works and I am so upset they have discontinued this fragrance Happiness. This is the Body Lotion from the Aromatherapy line and the mix of bergamot and mandarin oranges smells incredible. Bath and Body Works, thank you for taking away my “Happiness”. Buy similar here.

Have you tried any of these products?  How did they work for you?

XO,

Mary Dee
