Keep Cool is a Korean beauty brand whose products were developed by skincare specialists and formulated using innovative technology and natural ingredients. I was kindly gifted this adorable set, which includes a full size of the Keep Cool Soothe Bamboo Sun Essence and a mini bottle of their Soothe Bamboo Lotion. Today, I’m sharing a quick review of these products based on my experience!

Can we talk about how cute this travel-themed box set is? I appreciate that they also included samples of the Keep Cool Ocean Deep Blue Oil and adorable stickers to customize your own packaging.The Keep Cool Soothe Bamboo Lotion is very lightweight, unscented facial moisturizer. Because of its watery and fast absorbing formula, it is perfect for those with oily skin types or combo/normal during the summer months. For my very dry skin, it is just not hydrating enough on its own, especially now as we are heading into the winter months. I will be passing this along to my husband who has combo/ oily skin. I can see him enjoying the non-greasy hydration this lotion provides.The Keep Cool Soothe Bamboo Sun Essence‘s main ingredients include 40% bamboo water, centella extract, and hyaluronic acid. I am extremely picky about my sunscreens, and I have been so impressed with this product. The unscented formula feels ultra lightweight, almost watery to the touch. Its name “Essence” describes it perfectly. It doesn’t have the thick, heavy feel or scent of classic sunscreens, whatsoever. It absorbs quickly, doesn’t pill under makeup, and adds a healthy glow to the skin without the dreaded white cast. This is seriously everything I could want in a sunscreen.
