I’m From Honey Glow Cream Korean Skincare Review

Happy Selfcare Saturday! I recently had the opportunity to try and review the I‘m From Honey Mask, which you can read all about here. Spoiler alert: obsessed. Naturally, I was ecstatic to try this I’m From Honey Glow Cream from the same Honey line, which I’ll be reviewing today!

This cream is comprised of 30.63% Honey Glow Queen (Honey Complex), which is their unique mixture of 7 active ingredients: honey, black bee propolis, royal jelly, bee venom, turmeric, bee pollen, and cinnamon.

The Honey Complex originates from the Jiri Mountain region in Korea, which is clearly displayed on the packaging so you know the exact origins of the ingredients. I love this neat touch on all their products!

This cream comes in a beautiful glass jar with the minimalistic design being very much in line with their other aesthetically pleasing Honey products.

According to the ingredients list, there is fragrance added to this cream lending it a very faint, somewhat sweet scent I can’t quite pinpoint. It does not smell nearly as delicious as their Honey Mask, but neither does it bother my senses or irritate my skin.

This cream has a deliciously silky texture. It sinks right into the skin, deeply moisturizing with a slightly dewy, glass skin finish. It just glides over my dry patches, creating a smooth canvas so my makeup sits beautifully on top with no pilling or breaking apart.

I’ve incorporated this into both my day and nighttime skincare routine and as someone with very dry skin, I am impressed with the ample hydration this provides. As the weather quickly heats up here in Arizona, I can feel my skin becoming less dry, so I will be saving the rest of this Honey Glow Cream as my future winter moisturizer.

For someone with a normal to oily/combination skin type, I can see this being a little too heavy or greasy. For a more lightweight feel and finish, I would recommend the I’m From Rice Cream (review here) for them instead. Overall, this is a fabulously rich and ultra hydrating moisturizer I’m happy to add to the Honey family! Buy here (Wishtrend). Buy here (Amazon).
